That has become a routine now a days. If you randomly goes for checkup and does a CT scan you will find deviated septum in every 3rd or 4th person. Not every case require surgery. Yes if the problem and fundings match than and than the surgery will help you. Better take second opinion for every deviated nasal septum surgery cases.
